Our Program
Inclusive Residential Treatment Center Inc. (IRTC) is a structured and supportive Residential Treatment Center dedicated to serving boys between the ages of 7 and 17 who are experiencing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Our program is designed to address the treatment, educational, and health needs of each youth through individualized care, therapeutic support, and a safe residential environment.
At IRTC, we are committed to providing a nurturing and structured setting where youth can develop the emotional, behavioral, and life skills needed to achieve stability and long-term success.

Our Mission is to be a holistic child-focused residential treatment center that helps children to develop socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively under the care and guidance of highly trained professionals and within a child-friendly environment always.
Treatment Model Program
Inclusive Residential Treatment Center Inc. treatment model program is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). The model is an evidence-based treatment approach shown to help children, adolescents, and their families and caregivers to address and overcome trauma-related difficulties.TF-CBT is designed to reduce negative emotional and behavioral responses following trauma including child sexual abuse (and other forms of child maltreatment), exposure to domestic violence, traumatic loss, multiple traumas, complex trauma, and other traumatic events.

We are committed to fulfilling our promise of providing child-centered, family-oriented, and individualized care for boys ages 7–17. Our programs include Specialized, Intensive, and Intensive Plus levels of care, thoughtfully designed to meet the unique emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of each child.
